1. Our Services

PayAssist provides product protection services, including extended warranty plans and accidental damage protection plans, for eligible consumer products such as mobile phones, laptops, televisions, home appliances, and kitchen appliances. The exact scope of coverage, duration, and exclusions for each plan are described in the plan document issued to you at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
• The product to be covered must be purchased from an authorised seller and, unless stated otherwise, must be registered within the window specified in your plan.
• A valid purchase invoice of the product is required for plan activation and claim processing.

3. Plan Purchase & Activation

• A plan becomes effective only after successful payment and registration of the product with correct details.
• You are responsible for providing accurate product information (brand, model, serial/IMEI number, purchase date). Incorrect or false information may lead to rejection of claims or cancellation of the plan.
• Plan pricing, duration, and coverage are as displayed at the time of purchase or as communicated by our team.

4. Claims

• Claims must be raised within the time period specified in your plan document after the incident or fault is discovered.
• You may be asked to provide supporting information such as photographs, invoices, or a description of the issue.
• Claims are assessed by our team and/or authorised service partners. Approved claims are fulfilled through repair, replacement, or reimbursement as per the terms of your specific plan.
• Claims arising from misuse, intentional damage, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, unauthorised repairs, or exclusions listed in your plan document are not covered.

5. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
• Cancellation and refund eligibility, if any, are governed by the terms of your specific plan document.
• Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at the time of purchase.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Use the covered product as intended by the manufacturer and follow reasonable care guidelines.
• Do not attempt unauthorised repairs on a covered product before contacting us.
• Keep your plan details and purchase invoice safe; they are required at the time of claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the PayAssist name, logo, text, graphics, and design — is the property of PayAssist and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayAssist's total liability under any plan is limited to the coverage value specified in that plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of use, or loss of profits arising from a covered product's failure.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a plan, without refund, in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of our services. You may discontinue use of our website at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
